Doesn’t let you cancel a label – well they do but they charge the cost of the label for cancellation when the carrier doesn’t, so they keep the fees from those cancellations. They also add weight restrictions that aren’t on the carrier system eg the price for 500g is the same as that for 200g but if you put 200g & realise you borked the weight & need to put 500g, you have to pay again (this is how I discovered the non refundable label feature) despite the fact that the price for both labels is identical & the carrier itself treats them both the same. That’s ParcelHero permanently out for me just for that one trick . . services that create mistake traps on purpose are being predatory.
